i was expecting some email from you today but looks like you got a little busy elsewhere. have you been fishing? have you been swimming in the ocean? have you been looking for cancun again? guessing your answer to all these questions is "no," and your reply would be, "...it's the troubles' spillover from saturday night!"

i noticed there were some distinguishable noises behind you when you called and it seems they may have caught up with you! it's all really needless hassle brought on by sadist, the criminal insane, and the jealous. you don't want to hear it, but one is usually victimized by someone close to him, at least initiated by him opening you up to criminal victimization...at least this is my experience and observation.

sure it's heartbreaking and one never gets over being traited by another so trusted, but we harden and learn when not to put our hearts into it and rationalise their behavior...they are that way, their own, and there's nothing i did or could have done to avoid it.

unless you did do something to someone normal and it drove them crazy enough to seek retribution, you alone will never be able to get rid of them until they get want they want and usually, in my case anyway, is everything. i would suspect a normal man to seek retribution until the feeling of "getting even" leaves the system, but the "others" don't think that way, and their unjust and criminal intentions don't change. they're perspective is totally different from the norm and if per chance their attention is directed to another, they will not stop.

for instance, yong and dois. they have this belief that they are beyond the boundaries of the law and do anything they want to. they do it though as not to attract too much attention in public and they do it fast, so that tells me they are aware that what they do is not taken litely by rightful lawmen...they know their intentions and activities are illegal, but they do it anyway!

like when i was pulled over for speeding in killeen tx while attempting to get out of the way of a flashing ambulance behind me. i was living in elm groves mobile home estates, living on around 500 a month due to reinvestments of my "goryeo" money back into the store and the difficulty of finding work except in sewing. (i did make some money in subcontract sewing but the situation wasn't right and it didn't last.) well yong & dois were quite aware of my "old" monies but didn't say a word to me when i was dragged to jail for not being able to pay the 80 dollars on demand.

these are the kind of things they do. another example is my [email protected] account. classic! i've been paying the monthly account fee but:

1- this account is suppose to be inclusive in the sprint deal and like the erroneous bills i've been getting from all my phone services, it's out of my reach. i don't have the controls so either i pay their unjust demands, discontinue service, or pay as i had paid prior to the erroneous billings in conjunction with requesting proper audit of the accounts for corrections and reports to the proper authories;

2- i've been locked out for a time now, long enough for the box to fill up, so like today, i sent myself an email to the address and i got an autoresponder as i set up, but i also got a the "undeliverable" mail notice because the box is full! there was no way i could have avoided this situation, because the ones controlling this element is out of my reach.

... a ploy to make me look stupid, incompetent, unresponsive, and unresponsible, and there's nothing i can do about it. if i had paid the erroneous bills, they would have come back with the same accusations and would have made me look as if i didn't know my own accounts, "obviously, why would i have paid such figures!"

and i'm sure it's the same type of crowd on you, a selective few "playing" as individuals against your good nature. like the two who grabbed the signature card after sen. kompt and i signed the card to our '86 Cal lottery win bank account. one stole the sen's glasses and the other stole my identity. i'm sure they have been at the very least trying to use our money! you know, without sen. kompt, i would have indeed lost the whole bundle.

and this is where our hope lies. sooner or later, someone like sen. kompt comes along and makes things right again, hopefully it's before total devastation.
