| 1. GENERAL CARE- Check all hardware (nuts & bolts) every time before you ride - make sure that everything is tight. 2. Keep your board away from rain and puddles -moisture will cause the skateboard to delaminate and warp -water will ruin the griptape on the board -the bearings and hardware will rust 3. Clean and lubricate the bearings regularly -use a bearing lubricant not WD-40 -this will keep them riding fast |

Skate for fun and thats it and when its not fun anymore quite. just don't think you going pro. thats based on talent which you might not possess 4. Skateboaring is about controlling your fear. | Kickflip 1. start off like an ollie 2. now kind of hang your front foot a little bit off the board 3. now kick down with your back foot and jump like an ollie except kick out with your front foot 4. catch the board with your feet and ride away |
