May of 1999 marked the start of my journey to adopt a baby from China.  After 18 months of paperwork, homestudiies, waiting and more waiting the moment was here, I would be travelling to China in December 2000 to meet my daughter Cao, Meng Tong!                                Meng Tong means Dream Child!
