Woodbridge, VA (Potomac) - G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium
Notice the picnic area and tent (blue and white stripes), from which there is virtually no view of the field.
The Park
We (my wife and I) stopped by this home of the Potomac Cannons, the St. Louis Cardinals Carolina League franchise, on April 21, 2002.  Fortunately, we didnt go too far out of our way, as we were in the area for a wedding the day before.  I say fortunately, because not only was the game postponed due to inclement weather, but I would have been very disappointed had I spent 4 to 5 hours on I-95 solely to go this ballpark.  Even in some ballparks that are not the best places to see a game, I have been able to find some redeeming qualities usually, some unique features that makes them memorable.  Here, nothing did it for me.  The next time I visit my friend, it would have to be Cap Day, NAME YOUR FAVORITE CARDINAL would have to making a rehab appearance, and Stan Musial would have to be signing autographs
and singing the national anthem before I would consider driving the 20 minutes to return here.  But thats just me.
