Greetings! On this Feast day of Our Lady of Sorrows, 2007, we honor Her by embarking on a new way to bring souls to Her Son Jesus, through Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration!
This blog will chronicle and offer encouragement for Adoration Coordinators throughout the region around Houston, Texas; and extending nationally and further as the Spirit moves us.
To begin with, I am Teresa Gee. I am here to serve Jesus through facilitation and coordinating Eucharistic Adoration, with primary focus on a regional basis.
I also want to introduce you to a wonderful new vehicle for this goal of bringing souls to Christ through Adoration: CCS. CCS is "Corporis Christi Societas", a recently chartered non-profit Foundation, with a scope of activity that is national and international. CCS's introductory letter (coming soon) will inspire you with this fine organization's scope and activity to develop Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration (PEA) on a grand scale; all for the glory of God.
We'll also share some thoughts on what Adoration Coordinators may want or need, so we can focus on developing these opportunities together. Look for Loretta Winn of CCS to become a tremendous resource for us all, as we take these next steps in developing this practice of Eucharistic Adoration, in honor of God Himself.
The support and encouragement of others is immeasureably appreciated, and has brought us to this important pivotal point in coordinating and developing more Adoration opportunities. Michael Gee, G!! and C!, EW, Katie and Kirk Pfeffer, The Heralds, Cecilia Estrada, George Valdez, Christ the Redeemer Adorers, and certainly all the Coordinators and Adoration Leaders around Houston - ALL are to be thanked and recognized for the important ways they serve Our Lord and help others in the process.
Blessings, peace and holiness. TG
