Dear Supplier,
 

It has been brought to my attention that your Company currently offers members of an organization known as the PHCC special pricing and incentives not offered to others customers.  Please clarify your position and set the record straight with regard to the above.

Recently enacted Connecticut Legislation requires Plumbers to attend mandatory classes as a result of testimony submitted by 2 gentlemen who testified at a general law committee meeting held March 5, 2002 . Your company partnered with the PHCC and others to form an organization know as CODE.  I believe your firm is noted to be a "Founding member of CODE"  Certainly, you are to be applauded along with the PHCC for your efforts required to undertake such a monumental task.

There are 8,000 licensed plumbers in the State of Connecticut . The PHCC is made up of 106 members in the entire State. Many of the 8,000 plumbers are not happy with the legislation passed and have lobbied to repeal the law. I would hope you would consider our views as well. Evidentially your Store has established a PHCC "headquarters” consisting of bulletin boards and promotional data for the PHCC.  Our group, “Connecticut Plumbers” would like the same consideration and requests  the comparable  amount of “promotional space” you currently offer the PHCC.  Please advise when we may set up our display. I would hope those of us who are not members of the PHCC are not being financially penalized or otherwise because of non affiliation's with Special Interest Groups.
