Jack Cutillo, William Lamphere, Paul Leduc and I met with Commissioner Rodriguez this Monday. 

Commissioner Rodriguez is aware of issues surrounding the Continuing Education issue. The meeting lasted for over an hour and many issues were discussed.  He seemed quite surprised at the number of E- mails that have been sent.  He was very articulate and wanted everyone to understand the Department of Consumer Protection's job is to enforce laws enacted by the Connecticut Legislature. We were able to advise Commissioner Rodriguez of our concerns. He has an open door policy--
