Edith, I was quite surprised at your vote not to support the amendment submitted by Senator Coleperitro today concerning continuing education for plumbers.  Senator Coleperitro's amendment was fair and equitable to all involved.  The language (which by the way no one seems to take credit for) that was included in the implementer bill regarding the issue clearly is a slap in the face to democracy.  Please call me when you get a chance,
