If you don't mind just a reprint of the CD in a jewel case with the manual on the CD then look for the "Xplosiv" re-release of the game. I often see it in PC World or even large supermarket chains. It may also be on Amazon-type sites, and of course eBay.
If you have no luck with those stores, try starting a thread in the CtP2 forum here, as there is always people willing to help out.
