You can download the current servers.dat file here under "servers.dat."
To install the file place servers.dat in your ...[ctp2directory]\ctp2_program\ctp folder.
If you have difficulties starting online games on Windows XP/2000/Vista then you will also need some modified dll files that fix the problem. You can download the files and read how to install them here.
