| Hoby is a program that was started by Hugh O'Brian that would guide sophomores around the world to become great leaders. HOBY is one of the nation's foremost youth leadership development organizations in the world that has reached more than 240,000 students since 1958. HOBY instructs more than 20,000 high school students each year. HOBY is an outstanding experience that will not only show you what a true leader is, but will also change your life permanently. HOBY's goal is to elp young people make a difference and become catalysts for change in the home, in the school, workplace, and the community. I was chosen this year to represent Connell High School's sophomore class, and it was truly an amazing feeling. I had a blast at Gonzaga, and HOBY truly had a strong effect on my life. Thanks to all who were involved this year at Gonzaga, without you, none of this would have been all possible. -aleXB |
