| This MiG-29 was built using the usual Academy kit, with VFA refueling probe, True Details K-36 seats and eduard instrument panel. It was meant to be built with wheels down (hence cockpit add-ons and missing pilot!) but a beautiful stand came along, prompting the buyer to want to make this in flying mode. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Decals were a mix of roundels from F4Dable's Hornet sheet, VFA's own old MiG sheets and the prototype of what you now see as the new mig sheet. Paint used was supplied by the buyer, but I think you can get a reasonable match with a mix of Gunze H305 and white. Click on images for larger image |
