Paka and Dintay
My mother told me that I had two "imaginary" playmates whom I spoke with, pretty much from my crib, until I was about 5-years old.   She said that I would seclude myself  behind furniture and in closets, then sit there and talk to "Paka and Dintay."

I remember these names, they resonate within me as something familiar.  But I have no conscious memory of Paka and Dintay or of what we talked about.  I do remember going into closets though.

I have always believed that there was more to this than having "imaginary playmates."  For one thing, their uusual names.  I called them by name almost from the time that I could speak.  Where does a two-year old kid come up with names like this?  If they were named "George and Suzie" I
might forget about it.

But, "Paka and Dintay?"  During this same period, mom said that I befriended a squirrel who hung-out in my back yard.  I fed him crackers with peanut butter everyday.  I called him "Herman," and he got so that he would come when he heard his name.

I was also always catching frogs and I called them all the same name---Mildred.  Seems wierd that I would give the
"imaginary" playmates odd names, but not the animals.

What brought this to my mind was that, as an adult, I was once in a public place when this woman walked up to me and identified herself as a psychic.  She told me that I had two guides with me, a male and a female, and that both of them had always been with me.

The moment she said this, I thought of my "imaginary" friends, and I wonderd if they were my guides.................
