Elemental Consecration of Tarot Deck
Gather together some items to represent the elemental energies.  Here are some examples:

Air----a feather, incense, or a bell.

Fire--a candle, a piece of wood, or a wand that you purchased or made yourself.

Earth--a plant, a bowl of salt, a rock or crystal

Water--A goblet or wine glass of water, a seashell, a small mirror, an essential oil.

Then say something like:

I consecrate this Tarot deck
not only as a tool to develop my gifts
but as a symbol of my faith

(Sprinkle a little salt on the deck)

I consecrate this deck with the spirit of the Earth,
of rocks and trees, of comfort and security

(touch the deck with a feather or pass it through incense smoke)

I consecrate this deck with the spirit of Air
of bells and feathers, of spirit and mind

(pass deck over candle flame very quickly)

I consecrate this deck with the spirit of fire,
of spice and flame, of courage and energy

(Sprinkle water on deck--a drop or two is sufficient)

I consecrate this deck with the spirit of water
of pearls and shells, of emotion and cleansing

(Breathe on the deck)

I consecrate this deck with the spirit of life
that together we may honor God and serve others.

Notes:  You don't have to use the word "Consecrate."  You can use bless, dedicate, or any other word that you like.

You don't have to say "Spirit of Air," etc.  You can say "element of Air" or "energy of air" or "qualities of air" if those are more to your liking.

This is only a guide to help you develop your own way.  There is no need to follow it word for word.  What comes from your heart is of the utmost importance!
