HOW TO REPENT:
At this point it is essential to pray a prayer like this - "Lord Jesus, help me see all the sins You want me to confess to You now."
Next, confess all the sins He has brought to your mind. Then claim God's promise of forgiveness. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
