Potato: 3
Eggs: 5
Onions: Half
Salt

Procedure:
1. Wash three potatoes and let it dry. Peel the skin. Cut potatoes into small pieces.
2. Slice half of the onion.
3. Put a pan on the stove, put some oil in it and turn on the heat.
4. Combine sliced onion and potatoes into the heated pan. Fry until they are brown.
5. Break five eggs into a bowl and stir.
6. Pour the scrambled eggs on top of the fried potatoes and onions in the pan. Turn the heat low.
7. When they are brown, turn off the heat.?Cover the pan with a plate—the same size as of the pan.?Turn the pan upside down and put all the contents onto the plate.
8. Put the pan back to the stove and slide all the contents from the plate into the pan and turn on the heat low.
