Movement 2 – Grasp Bird’s Tail

Turn right slowly and move right foot forward, with both hands act like holding a big ball (2A to 2B).

With left hand almost touching right hand (2C), turn to left with feet remain the same position and turn both hands like holding a ball (2D). 

Turn left with both hands turning and end up like washing hands (2E). 

Bring both hands down toward the body and then slowly push forward (2F).
