Movies (Pictures are from the 1931 Frankenstein)

This movie practically started all those myths about Frankenstein. Here, you have a grunting, victimized monster and a killer scientist with a evil hunchbacked, sidekick (called Fritz). The point that stayed with me the most was the flower scene. The monster plays with this little girl, throwing flowers into the lake. The monster gets carried away, however, and throws the little girl in, thinking that she'd float. As she drowns, he's puzzled. This is basically the only scene where they show the monster as innocent and naive. Oh yeah, and Fritz gets the abnormal brain for the monster, whips the monster, and gets killed by the monster.
