| In The Morning
My body aches from a rough, sleepless night. Tossing and turning constantly opening my eyes. Staring blankly at the ceiling, pitch black and nothing to see. rolling over, wishing what I saw wasnt true. Three red numbers yelling at me. It's too early I think, but know that its late. The morning sun shines through the dark curtains that hold it back. Morning is calling though I wish it would stop. Slow down and let me sleep a little longer. Just a little bit longer, so my body is caught up. |
