THRUSH PUPPY

 

You will need…

Ice
375ml Melbourne Bitter
Effervescent Berrocca Tablets (original flavour is best)
Plain 'Greek Style' Yoghurt
Cocktail Ornaments
Milkshake Glass
A Blender

Method…

1. Fill blender with Ice.
2. Top with Melbourne Bitter
3. Blend till slushy.
4. Pour into milkshake glass
5. Add a dollop of Yoghurt
6. Place Berrocca Tablet Under tongue.
7. Skull slushy until brainfreeze occurs or mouth is overrun with foam.

Hint: For a summer twist, try tropical Flavour Berrocca and Mango flavoured yoghurt!
