ABOUT THE CITY
Meerut is in western Uttar Pradesh and lies northeast of Delhi. It is situated about 70 Kms from Delhi and is well connected with bus service. Some direct trains are also available from various places to Meerut. The initial uprising of the 1857 Indian Mutiny occurred here. It is a peaceful industrial town and stands as an evidence to the past royalties.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Papers on the sub themes with a 150-250 word abstract and a title not exceeding 12 words and a 100 word bio data of author should be sent to the conference director not later than 15th April, 2007.All papers/abstracts will be evaluated by the conference committee. The committee reserves the right to decline the publication of the paper without assigning any reasons.
The paper for presentation should be four to five (A4) pages long and the content should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman font / 14 point Kruti Dev 010 font with 1.5 line spacing. To facilitate publication of abstracts / papers in the form of a book, the authors are requested to submit a hard copy along with a soft copy (MS WORD).
