| The 1st Annual CTC Baseball League All-Star game was a success, raising $653 for Canadian Tire Jumpstart. The game was a lot of fun and saw Team Motomaster outlast Team Mastercraft before a near capacity crowd of 25 or so spectators; no doubt a record crowd for a CTC baseball game. Everyone is looking forward to next year's game. |

| Congratulations to the DWOs!!!!! In an extremely well played and close game, the DWOs beat the Straight Shooters by a score of 7-5. The game was exciting down to the last out, as the Shooters brought the tying run to the plate and the game ended on a spectacular catch. It was a great season by all 10 teams. The 2009 season is only eight months away. |
