1. Only points will be awarded for the league matches and there will not be any official prizes.
2. There is a$10/- entry fee for the league matches. However, tournaments may have different fees.
3. Only members registered with the Club are allowed to participate in league matches.
4. Tournaments will be conducted periodically and prizes will be awared for the same.
Information about the tournaments will be posted in the web site.
5. League matche will be grouped into pools. Drawings for the pools will be based on rankings.
6. ICF rules will be followed in all the matches.
7. Schedules will be published prior to the matches.
8. Round Robin method will be followed for the pool matches. Top two players from each pool
will advance to quarter-finals.
9. All rounds beginning from the quarter-finals will be knock out rounds.
10. Points will be awarded as below:
Any lost match : 0
Pool match : 2
Quarter-final : 4
Semi-final : 6
Final : 10
11. All players have to be present at the venue on time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given
for any match. If a player does not show up for any match without 24 hrs notice, he/she will
get a penalty point for each missed match.
12. A player cannot be replaced in the middle of the event.
13. If a player cancels the match 24 hrs prior to the scheduled time of the match, the opponent
will get a walk-over and advance to the next scheduled match for him/her. There will be no
penalty for the absent player.
14. If a player does not show up for his/her scheduled match on time without the prior (24hr)
notice, the opponent gets a walk-over. The defaulted player will be penalized with a point.
15. League results and points will be updated in the web site.
16. Any changes to the Club rules will be posted on the Website and communicated to the
registered members via emails.
