Working Terms (sorry, I'm swamped with work and can't accept new assignments until after 6/06) I am willing to work on any paying assignment in exchange for a negotiated per word rate. I will also accept short assignments (up to 5,000 words) for a flat fee that ranges from $55 to $100 depending on the nature and length of the material. I would also consider accepting royalties as partial or whole payment for an assignment if the following two conditions are met; 1. The finished product will have a decent retail price. 2. The company commissioning the work has already brought products to market. Creator Biography David Caffee is a person with no felony record. He lives in Springfield, OH with his wife and sons. He works as a substitute teacher and a freelance writer. He graduated from high school in 1995 with honors and has won several writing competitions at the high school level. He attended Clark State Community College for two years and then transferred to Antioch University in nearby Yellow Springs, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Language, Literature and Culture with a focus in Creative Writing. David Caffee has been a lifelong fan of speculative fiction, comic books and role-playing games and now works as a freelance writer in these fields.
