Ohio is currently working on its own PATRIOT ACT, which I oppose and promise to veto. Furthermore, no one, even alleged terrorists deserve to be tortured or held without access to a lawyer. If they committed the crime, let us have the trial and sentence them for the rest of their lives, but let's not let one innocent person be held.
