~ Angels ~
Angels are always there for us
whenever we're in need.
No reward do they ask
for any of their good deeds.
Yes, Angels are always there
whenever you are down
to lift you up or hold your hand
or turn your life around.
You may not always see them
or know that they are there
But when you really need one
They will suddenly appear.
No matter where you are
no matter what you do;
You are never left all alone
an Angel is watching over you.
So if you are filled with sorrow,
troubled or down or blue,
Just listen for the beating wings
of the Angel watching you.

This page is dedicated in memory of Kevin Isenhour who died May 15, 2001 in a drowning accident. He was eleven years old. Kevin was a rebel who loved life and anything with wheels. Kevin never met a stranger. He was always helping other people, especially older people.
The poem was written by Kevin's mother, Tammera S. Moore, as a birthday present for me in 1996. It was read a Kevin's funeral and is published at Poetry.com. Tammy says she can imagine Kevin in heaven, racing Dale Earnhart through the clouds. Her one request is for everyone who sees this page to tell their children, "I love you". You never know when it will be the last time you say these words to your child.
