Marinated grilled Potatoes
Boil 2-3 medium potatoes until tender but not mushy. Let them cool off.

Press gently into flat patties (without breaking them). Or slice them in thick planks or wedges.

Brush them thickly on both sides with a vinaigrette out of 3 table spoons Balsamico vinegar and 1\3 cup of olive oil. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder and/or any Seasoning you like.

Put on the middle heat of your outdoor grill. Both sides will take 3-4 minutes. Serve as soon as the peel turns brown.

Hope you love it as I did. You can eat it alone or as a side dish.
