12B brings certain sensational news even before hits the silver screen. Cinematographer Jeeva gets promoted as director figuring together in this film after "Vaali". A new face by the Shyam is introduced in the movie.

It is said Simran has easily expressed her emotions through her very eyes. And, Jyothika has not lagged behind, it is told. One can see her more polished famical expressions in this film, it is affirmed.
