Flow Drill,/Passing Flow Drill in Reverse, Centerline - Offline - Edge Out Theory, 12 Count, 3 Count, Reverse Grip 3 Count, Backwards, Mirror Image, Backwards-Backwards, Equal, Unequal ,Variations, Arrow Punch, Paak Sao, Lop Sao, Gum Sao, Gaan Sao, Jut Sao, Wedge/Shield position, Elbow Strikes, Hook and Upper Cut, Gunting (1 - 2), Sparring ,Jab, Cross, Knees, Elbows, Trap A-two count, Trap B-two count
Level II Intermidiate (4 months min)
Highline Drill, Hubud, Stirring, 5-6-7, Blocks, 2-3-12, Slash and Cover, Slash and Cover Drills, Passing, Paak-Sao-Paak-Sao-Lap Sao, Base Defense-Leveraged Kicks, Gunting (3 - 5), Sparring, Upper cut, Hook Punch, Boxig Set #1, Sinwali Boxing Trap 1, Banda y Banda Cuting, Rompida Cutting Figure 8 Cutting, Trap-Serpent's Kiss, Boxing Set #2
Level III Advanced (4 months min)
5-2-4 Backwards, 5-2-4 Unequal, Variations, 5-6-7, 5-7-6, Backwards Disarms, Countering Disarms, Backwards Stirring, Backwards Higline Drill, Standing Grappling, Sparring, Trap-Galncing
Apprentice Instructor By invitation and Completion of all three levels
There is only one way to gain level status
YOU MUST FIGHT FOR IT
Level Tests are rigorous performance-based fighting examinations (3 min.) and will extract the sum of knowledge and skill for that level. |
