These instructions assume a default installation of FS9. If you have installed your sim to a custom location, you will have to locate the appropriate folders within your install.

Copy the HELLCANYON main folder to wherever you place your downloaded scenery. If this is your first scenery installation, then I suggest the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery folder. Make sure the scenery and texture folders are inside the main HELLCANYON folder, with no cover folder over it.
Start FS.
Click Settings.
Click Scenery Library.
Click Add Area.
Browse to where you placed the HELLCANYON folder, and click on it. If for some reason it does not automatically, name the scenery Hell Canyon.
Click ok.
Shut down FS and restart it.
You are now ready to fight the Terrorists!

This scenery is created as companion scenery for the 231st canyon test range version 2 scenery by 231_AIRCAV_USN aka 231_AKIRA_IJN aka alasdair fisher. My scenery will not display properly without it, you must have the 231st scenery for it to work. The 231st scenery is available at http://www.simviation.com/cfs2scenery7.htm. CFS2 scenery that works fine in FS9, with just a couple missing textures.
