Vincent De Ville, MSc.
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
With his extensive knowledge of international project management, as well as his in-depth experience in the entertainment industry, Vincent DeVille is highly regarded for his project financing and media expertise. With a masters degree in business economics from University of Miskolc in Hungary, DeVille has founded several businesses in the financial and media industries.

DeVille is a member of the Independent Film and Television Alliance (formerly known as AFMA), the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) and UniFrance, a French filmmaker alliance. He speaks fluent English, Hungarian, French and Italian and has a good understanding of Spanish.

DeVille started his career as a stockbroker in Budapest in 1996. Soon after becoming a senior broker at BWOB Brokerage Inc., he  acquired majority in the company and  grew it  to be able to buy out 100% of the Vienna based stock-brokerage and finance company, Hoffman Schneider Capital Inc.

After working in Hong Kong as a financial delegate of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in 1999, upon his return to Hungary he established Euro Syndicate Holding Inc., where he focused his efforts on the entertainment and media industries and was active in theme park, newspaper, radio and television financing in Hungary and Italy.

This holding has owned a television post-production studio, a proprietarily developed broadcast truck, a local radio station and a daily paper, as well as a steel trading company that manufactured nuclear parts for the Paks Nuclear Power Plant. The holding had a yearly turnover exceeding US$500 million.

DeVilles involvement in the motion picture industry began five years ago in Hungary, where he produced his first award-winning feature film, Ultra.

DeVille moved to Hollywood in 2003 to pioneer the use of Hungarian tax-based financing for feature films. With several partners, including Concorde Securities Inc. and HMPPA, he financed over US$30 million of Hungary-qualified production, including such well-known films as Copying Beethoven with Agnieszka Holland, Ed Harris and Diane Kruger.

Also in 2003 DeVille established his first Hollywood based company, Popcorn Movies, LLC. With this company he has secured clients for subtitling services, such as Warner Bros., Fox, Sony, Paramount and others.

DeVille is also an active buyers representative for DVD distributors and TV networks in Hungary, Austria and Germany. DeVille attends all major film markets, such as Cannes, AFM, NATPE, and others. As a result of this, he has numerous relationships with worldwide distributors and sales agents, which is a great advantage in motion picture producing.

Based on his film market experience, DeVille has created the first on-line film market-- www.filmtvmarket.com --which truly models the live film markets with its accreditation process, digital screening, territory rights management and buyer-seller matching.  DeVilles two other online film-related services are www.freetv.hu, which is a Hungarian language on demand service and www.fastcinema.com , which is a multi lingual Movie Link and Cinema Now clone.

DeVilles current projects include Bruce Beresfords Fever, which is a multi-country co-production and Oscar winning Leslie Vadnays Villa for Sale.
