* Product Management -

Product Manager - Web Applications
* Developed 3 automated lead flow applications (i.e. http://freemap.qualys.com) to provide prospects instant gratifications, process leads into Onyx-CRM, and create QualysGuard trial accounts without manual intervention.  Generated 10,000 qualified leads per quarter for partners and inside sales.
* Responsible for feature roadmap and execution of 8 production releases of the on-demand network security audit and vulnerability management Web service QualysGuard.  Major features included: dynamic reporting, distributed management, selective vulnerability scanning, network discover with graphical map, remediation workflow, service segmentation.
* Managed the software development life cycle through all stages.
* Trained customers and partners in person and remotely via WebEx and PlaceWare.  Created product data sheets, release notes, and user guides.  Demonstrated the service to analysts/press and in product evaluations.  Researched features, positioning, and pricing of competitors.

Senior Consultant in Wireless and Emerging Carriers Practice
* Lead the planning and executed the deployment of three Amdocs Ensemble Customer Care, Billing and Provisioning System conversions for the largest GSM mobile service provider in the US.  Conversions included 4.5 million subscribers, eight call centers, 3,500 agents, and was completed in less than 12 months.
* Spearheaded new proposals, qualified leads and produced presentations.  Extended engagements and secured an expanded phase II contract.
* Assessed business plans, evaluated industry trends and driving forces.  Gathered, analyzed and synthesized data from primary and secondary sources.  Drew conclusions from the data and developed recommendations.
* Introduced service providers to real-time IP mediation and proposed a fraud detection system based on this new technology.

Project Manager in Power Generation Division (1996-1997)
* Managed construction and startup operations of two $150-million power plants.  In charge of day-to-day project responsibilities and maintained client relationship.  Developed and implemented engineering solutions for software, electrical, and mechanical problems.  This resulted in 4 weeks ahead of schedule production and generated revenue for the client during peak demand times.
* Trained and supervised cross-functional teams of 40 engineers on projects in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
* Trained in Total Quality Management (TQM).  Implemented International Standard Organization (ISO) procedures on projects and passed site audits resulting in ISO9001 certification.

Senior Commissioning Engineer in Power Generation Division (1993-1996)
* Re-engineered power plant operation procedures resulting in increased plant reliability from 92% to 98%.  Cut turbine startup time from 12 to 10 minutes.
* Lead investigation of high-voltage breaker explosion and identified root cause.  Analyzed complex and dynamic process problems and implemented solutions.
