Welcome to my technical support page! If you need help solving your computer issues, you have come to the right place.

I use TeamViewer (currently version 7) to remotely connect to your computer* and diagnose/correct your errors, optimize your system, or even give you tutorials on how to use your system and software.

Before we begin our session, please note the following:

1) I do not collect any personal data from your system. I also do not copy, transfer, or store any personal files to or from your computer for any reason. From time to time during our session, I may download or copy files that are necessary for the remote support session. Once we are finished with them, I will either delete them or leave them, with your permission.

2) As I always have, I will perform your first remote support session free of charge. This free session will still carry the same labor warranty as a paid session in that if the problem reoccurs within 30 days, I will fix it again free of charge.

3) You may end the session at any time during the session. Please note that charges are rounded to the nearest half-hour with a 30-minute minimum.
