                      My lil' Brothers' birthday!
                          Happy B~day Joseph.

I went to work after a couple of days off ,many trips to the mail box and still no word from the National Registry.

I don't know if I want to know anymore.

Ken and I got the day off to a good start we were not all that busy and it was a cool overcast day, Just the way I like it.

I was unusually hungry, but Ken had eaten Breakfast before leaving home I did not but I had a container of Home made Lentil soup that Dawn made  for me.

I had soup and toast for breakfast.

We did a few calls and I was able to watch most of the Seaquest d.s.v. marathon on the Sci-fi network, it is one of the best shows on television.
I would Join the Navy if it were like that.

I am leaving alot out but we had a call and after that it was time to eat again. This time I was in the mood for a meatball sub. I ordered from East of Chicago Pizza (I will not do this again) I should not have bothered because when I got there to pick up the food they said they had no order from me. and I had to wait  fifteen minutes not that this is an extraordinary length of time to wait for food but when you are in an ambulance waitng for food could mean not eating if it takes too long,
I have had to pull out of a drive thru line after paying to respond to a call and go back for my rock hard and stail food later.

This is why I called ahead.

When I called to place my order it was routine and in fact I placed my order with the manager.
When there was a problem the clerk called for the manager and when I explained that I ordered food was given a total and that I talked to Abdul, he said "I am Abdul" then he  denied talking to me! 
(What about the customer being right? especially when they are!)

Aaahhhh!!!

After that Frustrating episode we went bact to the station where Dawn was waiting for me before school.
I offered to shere my Sub with her and I was trying to get out plates when I noticed that everyone was gathering around like I was a celebrity.???

Dawn said they were standing around "waiting for me to give her a hug..."
What ever! so I hug her and even grab her ass!
she then says higher... and i hug her lower back and feel someting odd...

There stuffed in her pants under her coat was
A Big Envelope!

I just about fell to the ground!

I am now a Nationally Registered Paramedic.

Dawn,Ken,Brian,Noel and Behner were there were as happy as I was!

Ken stapled my Registry Patch to my arm and made jokes about me being in the back from now on.

Needless to say this was the highlight of my day.
