Wednesday
A-shift
I arrive on time But I still feel late.
everyone is standing in the bay and crew change is almost over.

Herb is there and perceptively Glum.
after shift change is over
Herb,Ken and I walk out to his mini-van
where Leo (herbs dog) is in the back looking tired.
Herb says that he has been unwilling or unable
to move for the last day and
he is taking him to the vet again
to see what can be done.
( we all know what will probably happen but are trying to avoid saying it)
Nothing Either Ken or I say seems right.
So I stop talking and go away.
Ken stayed and Talked.

Something happened last night and no one is talking about it.
I am not sure how I feel about that.
I am sort of glad because it shows
that there's a bond on C-shift that I have not noticed before.

But I don't want details
just the mention that an incident occured
and that I
"Shouldn't say anything to the party involved"
would be enough to let me know they trust me,
"They" tell me they trust me but show me otherwise.

I haven't decided how I am going deal with these issues
for now I will just let it ride and see how it goes from here.

As the day went on we had to go back into 94 while the frankenbus went for preventitve maintenance.
We didn't work all that hard in fact I only remember doing about 6 or 7 calls and sleeping through the night.

I have been trying to excercise every day
and I am at about a 50% rate of actually doing it.
it is easier to do when I am at work but I hate to do it alone.
I am trying to get Brian and maybe Glen
to join me for morning calestenics.

We'll see.
