Today was 24 hours long... I can't say much more than that.
Tammy came back to work, but not on the shift.
She was working on Wheelchair Van today. I spoke with her and she is just glad to be doing something outside of the office. She was probably going through some sort of craving to deal with sick people.
It may sound stupid but think about it... all day and half of the night every third day for several years she has had to hear the complaints and sorrows of her patients...
You don't get to do that in "The Office".
You sort of do in Dispatch I Think the only problem there is
You don't get to be outside...
That is probably the best thing about our job in the summer. we get to cruise the streets in our Phat Rides.!
The only other thing that was noteworthy today was the invention of a new game...
It's called Wheres Bildo ? It is just like wheres waldo but it is in real life.
Any time you see Bildo (Hodge) (especially if he is putting a patient on a cot backwards) You have to post it on the message board of your mdt. and if possible let him know That you know that he's bildo.
For example: I drew Bildo's likeness on a tongue depressor then I taped it to the antenna of the truck he was on so he could see it looking at him through the windshield...
Currently there is a three scene Cartoon in progress at station one on the whiteboard in the bay.
Herb took pictures and Tells me he will be posting them soon.
This evening there was an incredible spring time storm ! It was furiously loud and wet! Once again....The Flag pole was blown down. it will be shortened another six to eight inches, then put back up... (At this rate we will have a Flag pole that is shorter than the Flag by next christmas...)
Rick V. Who was out with his family and happened to be driving by stopped in the middle of the down pour and disconnected the flag. Thanks Rick
The Rest of the night was dedicated to resting.
Normally I would be leaving work early to go to school on a Friday morning but not this Friday,
there is no school.
It is Good Friday.
and that's Good.
Good Night.
