Proof positive that Elyria is a fucked up place to live...

Earlier this week,
During the day,
Some freak walked into a yard here in town
where a poodle was playing.
the unknown freak cut off the dogs ears...

There is a reward of one Hundred dollars
being offered by the owner of that dog.

I hope that they catch the loser
that would hurt a dog like that.

It seems obvious that the dog was rather docile
if someone can enter it's territory and not be bit.

Why would they cut off the ears?

Is this funny?

I am cruel and mean to people in the name of humor...
I don't mind if people are cruel to me,
or to each other.
as long as I can say
"this would be funny if it were not happening to me..."

But cutting off a dogs ears?
That's not funny.
I don't think the dog can be covered by AFLAC

So I can't get with this...
