Christmas 2000 in LA

We spent Christmas in LA.  My mom joined us for the long weekend.  She took us to the Getty Museum. And of course I couldn't resist the chance to walk on the beach - Newport Beach.

The festivities were held at (Norma's brother) Ralph and Carol's house.  Then we had a wonderful Christmas dinner at (Norma's sister) Marilyn's house, hosted by the gracious Long and Rhonda.

I bought a new digital camera - an OlympusD-460Z. It's a very nice camera that saves files on SSFDC Smart Media. Iadded a card reader to my Desktop.  I have Netscape Composer and MicrosoftPhotoDraw to help me with the images and web pages.  I take lots ofpictsand throw lots away - for free.  Mostly I have fun taking shotsand postingthem.   I'm getting more creative (with the web site)and hope tokeep it easy to load for you modem browsers.  Enjoy mystories and feelfree to borrow my images.
