We're hard at work trying to get Conifer ready to be moved into.  First on the list was to clear out some of the jungle in the backyard.  Now we can see the back fence and the mosquitos aren't quite as thick.
 

The back yard has three very large (overgrown) trees.  We hope to save one of them - very nice shade for the summer.  Eventually we will completely re-do the landscaping and add a garden terrace, lawn and, of course, complete sprinkler system.
 

We finished the painting, floors and electrical upstairs.  The ceiling fans are in and the trim is painted.  The doors are getting new hardware.
