Here are a few shots of our 'new' house.  It's 38 years old (built 1962).  We bought it from the original owners.  They have not changed anything about it except to repair and upgrade a few minor things.

We are doing two major changes in the next two months - rip out the jungle in the back yard and gut and replace the upstairs rooms.
 

The back yard has three very large (overgrown) trees.  We hope to save one of them - very nice shade for the summer.  Eventually we will completely re-do the landscaping and add a garden terrace, lawn and, of course, complete sprinkler system.

The upstairs has the three bedrooms.  The electrical needs upgrading. Lots of touch-up and paint. Both baths are desperate for attention.  There is oak hardwood flooring in every room.  We hope to refinish them.
 

The downstairs is small and needs lots of attention.  Mostly we hope to add on to the house out the back - bigger dining, kitchen and family.  If we can we might add to the second floor with either a larger master or whole new bedroom - the bathrooms in the whole house are miniscule.
