Prices

All fares are for the daily rent of the apartment with its furniture including:

• A 20" TV set with service of television by cable
• Microwave oven
• Compact refrigerator
• Plates and eating utensils for 6 people
• Casserole, saucepan and others cooking utensils

Also provided with:

• Cleaning products
• Linen (two replacements a week) and towels (daily replaced).

The apartment will be cleaned daily and there is a help service to solve problems in the apartment available 24 Hs through a pager.

Check-in : after 2 PM
Check-out: before noon

Apartments for 2 or 4 people:

The price is US$ 60 per day and per apartment, with the services listed above.

Conditions:

For safety reasons we accept ONLY payments with credit cards.

1. The rent has to be for at least for 2 days.
2. To make reservations the traveler must pay the minimum rent of 2 days.
3. If the traveler for any reason doesn't do the check in during the first 48 Hs., the reservation will be cancelled.
4. There isn't any refund of money if the reservation is cancelled regardless the cause of it.
5. At the check-in the traveler has to sign a credit card voucher for an amount of US$2000 as a deposit . It will be returned at the check-out.
