It is imperative to always follow your owner to the bathroom. There is no real need to do anything, just sit in the sink or bathtub and relax.
When using the litter box, be sure to kick as much litter out of the box as possible. Humans love the feel of kitty litter between their toes.
Most importantly when your owner is working at the computer:

b t at the mouse pointer on screen, (cats love mice, you know!)
and then lay in your owner's lap across arms, disrupting the typing process.
