Town of Lunenburg
A great place to visit is the historic town of Lunenburg.  This place was settled several hundred years ago by german immigrants.  Old historical buildings and churches are one of the trademarks of this beautiful place.
Titanic Graveyard
The final destination of our trip was Halifax in Nova Scotia.  This city cannot deny its scottish heritage.  The Citadel is probably the most known attraction and is heavily visited.  Other interesting points are a few of the cemeteries.  In these graveyards are lying the casualties of the Titanic-disaster of 1912.  Halifax has a lot of historical sites and an interesting harbor with a great history.
A view at the harbor of Halifax
This brought us to the end of our vacation through the Maritimes.  Overall we had a great time, saw beautiful sceneries, met nice people, and most of all, we had the best weather anyone could ask for.
