| T-Shirt Transfers Process: Equipment: T-shirt (100% cotton works best), iron, formica counter top, cotton pillow case, standard printer 1. Set your iron for cotton or high setting 2. Put several designs on a page. Each page is expensive and it is foolish to only place one illustration on a page. 3. Print your designs remembering to set your printer for mirror image or reverse image. 4. Cut out your illustration using about a � inch margin and leaving a tab on one end. This is so you have something to grab when pulling the paper away from the material. 5. Smooth out the shirt on the pillow case which is spread out on the Formica counter top. (Formica reflect the heat) 6. Center your illustration on the cotton shirt. 7. Make circular motions on the illustration with the hot iron. 8. Immediately pull the paper away slowly and steadily. 9. Wash the material in cold water to fix the color. 10. Press and enjoy. |
