Printing

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET SAVED YOUR DOCUMENT, DO SO BEFORE PRINTING (although it is not mandatory).  IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO SAVE YOUR DOCUMENT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT NEED IT AGAIN.  (See Save instructions above.)

- Go to File and select "Save As".  Name the document and save it in the file or your choice.
- Do not close the file until you have printed your document, unless you do not wish to print it at all or not until some later time.

Printing:

1) The easiest method to print, if you do not have special requirements, is to go to the Standard Toolbar and click on the button showing a printer.  The printer should print your letter automatically without further instructions.  All the pages of your document, in case there are more than one, will be printed.
    OR:

2) Go to File.  Select Print, Review the defaults for page numbers, number of copies, etc. and make your change(s).  Hit "OK" when all your changes are selected.  The document will be printed with your selections automatically and then return to the default settings.

Envelopes:

These instructions are for the standard #10 envelope:
- Click on Tools on the Menu Bar
- Find and click on Envelopes and Labels
- The Delivery Address will be the same as the name and address at the                      beginning of your letter.
- If you do not wish to use a sticker, type in your return address
- Click on Print
-
NO MATTER WHAT THE COMPUTER DIALOG BOX SHOWS AS TO THE DIRECTION OF ENVELOPE INSERTION, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON
YOUR PRINTER, USUALLY VIA A PICTURE ON THE MACHINE.
