The goal of this program is to engage Ridgetop and Allison students in learning and exploration using science, education, and mentoring as our tools; thus advancing their education and motivating them to go further in school.  These children, of low socio-economic status, need an opportunity to appreciate the excitement of learning and science.  We hope to give these children the opportunity of fulfilling their dreams.  By capturing the minds of these young children with science and academics, we plan to grant a bright future to every child.    We plan to continue expanding the project year after year to more of Austin’s schools.  This year we have added another elementary school, Allison Elementary, to have a similar experience as Ridgetop.  Eventually, the project will be offered to all of Austin’s inner-city elementary schools.
