| 1. | Are the bracelets available in
different lengths? Standard length is 7 1/2" measured tip to tip. All designs are available in custom lengths at no additional charge. Please specify length when ordering. |

| 2. | Do I have a choice of clasps? All bracelets are available with (a) heart lobster claw, (b) basic toggle, or (c) heart toggle clasps. |

| 3. | Are earrings available to match all
bracelet and necklace designs? Earrings are available to match every design. Request matching earrings when ordering and we will quote you a price. |

| 4. | Are the Swarovski Crystal bracelet
designs available in other colors? All of the designs you see are available in the following birthstone colors:

| 6. | How do I pay for my order and how is it
shipped? All orders are shipped via UPS within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of your personal check. No sales tax for orders from outside of Georgia; a minimal shipping charge will be included. |

| 7. | Can I add
a name at a later date to the "Precious Memories" Bracelet? Additional names can be added for a remake fee of $10 plus postage -- maximum total letters per strand is 18. |
