On Saturday, February 16, 2002, members and chaperones of the Upward Bound Program visited Illinois State University in Normal for a campus visit and basketball game. While on campus, students split up into groups and explored the various aspects of the school. Following the self-guided tour, the group ate lunch at McDonald's in the student center and then made its way over to Redbird Arena for the men's basketball game between Southern Illinois University and Illinois State. In case you were interested, Illinois State played a great game and pulled out a win in the end. No pictures were taken during this visit so we apologize for any pain this may cause.
