On Saturday, March 23, 2002, the Upward Bound Program sponsored a "True Colors" workshop presented by the University of Illinois Extension Center. The main focus of the half day workshop was to allow our students and their families a chance to see their true personalities and how they interact with differing personalities. Once the participants found which "color" their personality represented, they learned how they work with others and how they can improve their relationship with others. Towards the end of the presentation, the groups representing each personality color presented to the rest of the participants their feelings on certain topics.
