| Please use decent CD-Rs. I cannot strees this enough!. I use Mitsui (MAM-A) Silver 700mb/80min unbranded inkjet CD-Rs when ever possible but, if I'm out (I have to order them) I use comparable. Mitsui CD-Rs are the best CD-R media on the market, period! In fact, ANYYONE who can prove/convince me that another brand is superior can choose five titles from my list, for free... Personally, I care more about the dye used by the manufacturer than the brand. Phthalocyanine dye is currently the best dye in use (Very light green dye), while Metal Azo (Very dark Blue dye) is the worst. For more information on dyes click here. If you would like artwork printed on your discs I will do so on a 2:1 basic. That is, for every two disc I print I receive an additional trade selection. All disc printings will be preapproved prior to printing... However, I will only print artwork on discs providing I have enough ink and time. Unless other arrangements are made, I simple send the recorded disc w/ setlist and source/venue information when not available from Bob's Boots. I ship in 7" by 9", or larger, bubble mailers, with cds in cd-envelopes. Most of the time I will usually ship Priority Mail, but I reserve the right to ship standard first class/ airmail unless we make prior arrangements. I Don't mind trading with traders outside the USA, but state-side traders get priority simply because shipping time and cost is less. However, I understand it may be hard to find a desired title in one's home country, and if that's the case I will always help out a fellow trader. Here are a few more standard guidelines. Please follow these requests. * No MP3 sources * Always burn Disc-At-Once * Please, DON'T WRITE ON DISCS (any part) * Please, DON'T ship in jewel cases. * If you are new to trading and you don't feel you have anything to offer, contact me anyway. I will always help a fellow trader build their collection by doing a B&P, time permitting. * ALL first-time trades must be no more than 10 discs, except under very special circumstances. * If there is a problem with any disc I send you please contact me at once. I will replace any and all discs. I realize everyone doesn't listen to their trades as soon as they arrive, but please don't contact me months after a trade with a problem. In addition, please check Blood On The Tracks for known source errors before contacting me with perceived problem. If, by chance, shipped discs do not arrive, I will re-ship via certified mail. These guidelines are FIRM. I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but if you can't follow these simple requests please don't contact me. There are far to many Dylan traders in the world to waste both of our time if you can't follow these guidelines. * Please, treat me the way you'd like to be treated. * If you sell cd-r bootlegs please don't contact me.
